To find your tracking information, please click on “my account” after you’ve logged in to view your pending orders and their status, see the invoice and see the attached tracking #.  There will be a pre-paid shipping labels in your box, the charge is $6.95 and will be taken out of your refund, whether you were charged shipping originally or not.  Again, call us if you have questions on whether you are able to return your item.  This will include our return address of:

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

Q: How much do shipping and returns cost?

A: Standard shipping is absolutely FREE for all orders over $150 to addresses within the US. With orders under $150, shipping will be estimated by the weight of the garments/accessories.  UPS or FedEx 2nd day and Overnight shipping are available also by estimated weight. All international orders placed will be shipped USPS International Express Mail estimated by weight and will arrive generally within 7 business days depending on location. International customers must pay their own return shipping.

 

Q: How do I return something?

A: Look in our RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY tab.

 

Q. Can I do an exchange?

A: Simply place a new order for the different size, color or style you would like and return the original product. We highly suggest placing the new order right away to ensure stock availability.

 

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: For standard shipping in US, please allow 3 to 5 business days to receive your order. The first business day starts the day after the order has shipped. With 2nd day delivery, orders placed before 4pm PST will arrive on the second business day, and overnight orders placed before 3pm will arrive on the next business day. Please note that there are additional costs for overnight and 2nd day shipping and do not have Saturday delivery.  For Alaska or Hawaii orders, please allow 6-10 business days for standard shipping (Parcel Post) and 2 to 3 business days for express shipping (Priority).  At this time we do not ship to PO Boxes.

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A. Doesn’t fit? No problem! We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and understand if you need to return/exchange the item. Returns must be received by us within 14 days of the ship date. Items must be in new condition with all tags attached and original packaging materials, including garment bags. *ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCHANGES, NO RETURNS, NO STORE CREDIT, NO EXCEPTIONS.*Shipping charges on expedited orders are not reimbursed. For international customers, if your purchase is delayed in customs, contact customer service for approval for a late return.

 

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email that has your tracking number on it.

 

Q: Can houseoflolo.com ship to P.O. Boxes?

A: No, not at this time, as we want your billing address on your credit card to match what you type in for your safety. PO Boxes will not be secure.

 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: You may purchase from houseoflolo.com using your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express card. You can use your credit card to make purchases through our website or over the phone by calling: 503. 224. 5240.

 

 

Q: What if I didn’t get any confirmation emails from houseoflolo.com?

A: Houseoflolo.com sends a confirmation message to the email address you provided at checkout. It may take up to 24 hours to receive a confirmation email from houseoflolo.com. You might also check your spam folder. You may confirm that your order has been processed by signing in to your account. Once you have signed in, you will be able to view your order information.

 

Q: How can I change or cancel my order?

A: Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. You can call us at (503) 224-5240 during store business hours to check to see if your purchase has been shipped or email us after hours at info@houseoflolo.com.

 

Q: What if I forget my password?

A: No problem. You can quickly set up a new one. Visit the “My Account” page and enter the email address you used when you signed up with houseoflolo.com. Click on “Forgot your password? ” and we’ll email you a link to set up a new one. You’ll be back online in no time.

 

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card with Houseoflolo.com?

A: Houseoflolo.com takes precautions to protect your credit card information. Your privacy is always guaranteed when you shop with house of lolo.  We will NEVER release any of your personal information to outside parties and you will not receive unwanted emails. When you sign up with us, you will receive information on new styles and upcoming promotions, but you may request to stop receiving this information at any time. In addition, your billing address MUST match your credit card information to place an order with houseoflolo.com. Your shipping address may be different.  Address verification is a precautionary measure we take to ensure your safety and prevent fraud. Phone and online shopping does not allow us to request traditional forms of identification, e.g. a driver’s license, like a standard walk-in retail outlet. Instead we conduct address verification though your credit/debit card issuer to confirm your identity and verify the validity of your purchase, thereby ultimately protecting your credit.

 

Q: Can I order over the phone?

A: You can call us M-Sat 11:00am to 7pm PST and Sun 11:00am to 5pm PST at 503.224.5240 to order using your credit card. Our lovely stylists will help you place your order.

 

Q: Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?

A: No. Because our online store is based in Oregon, no sales tax will be charged to your purchases made with houseoflolo.com. So enjoy shopping TAX-FREE!!
