Returns must be received by us within 14 days of the ship date. Items must be in new condition with all tags attached and original packaging materials, including garment bags. Items purchased from are eligible for a full refund or exchange if returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please note that our return/exchange policy for items purchase in our Portland, Or store location are for in-store credit or exchange only within 14 days of purchase, unworn and with tags attached.

Shipping charges on expedited orders are not reimbursed.


Send Back Your Domestic Return or Exchange (US Orders)

To ship an item back to, simply pack your item and a copy of your receipt into the original shipping box and mail through either UPS, FedEx or USPS.  We recommend insuring your package and requesting a delivery confirmation. Please indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item. For exchanges, please indicate the desired model/size. *We also recommend placing a NEW ORDER with the correct color or size, so that it does not sell out while we await your package, as we have smaller inventory that massive web companies.*

Refused Shipments

If you decide to refuse any shipments from, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to This amount will be subtracted from your return.

Should you place a domestic order and then refuse delivery, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to along with a 20% restocking fee.
