Shipping
All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Order processing will not take place on major US holidays, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day.
For an accurate estimate of shipping costs, begin the checkout process (no credit card required) to automatically calculate cost based on item(s) weight and destination.
*For Alaska or Hawaii orders, please allow 6-10 business days for standard shipping (Parcel Post) and 2 to 3 business days for express shipping (Priority).
*At this time we do not ship to PO Boxes.
If you selected in store pickup at checkout, your order will be available in store at 73655 El Paseo Suite J, Palm Desert CA 92260.
Most orders will be available for pickup within 2 hours after purchase.

CUSTOMS: Please note that you will be responsible for all duties, tariffs, and taxes charged by your own country. All transactions will be in U.S. dollars.
*All international shipping costs are calculated by weight and shipping distance. Orders will arrive within 7-10 business days depending on location.
POSSIBLE DELAYS for international shipments subject to customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
*If you have special delivery instructions, just include a note in the Comments box upon placing your order. We’ll do our very best to accommodate your needs.
*Please note: apothecary products are not available for shipment outside the US.
Returns
Returns, with the exception of fine jewelry* and sale items, can be returned and must be received by us within 15 days of purchase date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
All other products are eligible for a return and we will provide store credit, exchange, or full-refund within the 15 day period.
All sale items and fine jewelry* are final sale and cannot be returned.

The cost of shipping the return back to us will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you would like to submit a return for your online order, email us directly at info@houseoflolo.com and we will assist you.
Please note, all online returns are subject to a return fee. You may ship your items back to us yourself or we can provide a return label to your email. If we provide a return label, the label cost will be deducted from from your refund amount.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, Afterpay and Shopify Payments.
Your billing address MUST match your credit card information to place an order with houseoflolo.com. Your shipping address may be different. Address verification is a precautionary measure we take to ensure your safety and prevent fraud. Phone and online shopping does not allow us to request traditional forms of identification, e.g. a driver’s license, like a standard walk-in retail outlet. Instead we conduct address verification though your credit/debit card issuer to confirm your identity and verify the validity of your purchase, thereby ultimately protecting your credit.
